Post-Natal Pilates Class

We are excited to announce a new post natal Pilates class for our clients. This class will be held in our Red Hill studio on a Friday at 10 am. 

This class will be conducted by one of our experienced Physiotherapists with extensive Pilates training. The class will run for 60 minutes and will be available for any new mother. It will include an array of Pilates exercises designed to tone and reshape your body following your pregnancy. There is a large emphasis on pelvic floor strengthening and abdominal toning, all done under the watchful eye of your physiotherapist. We encourage you to bring along your baby to the session. Although they won't be actively involved in the exercises, it will be wonderful setting to meet other new mothers and their children too.

We recommend that you are at least 6 weeks post natal, and we also request that you book in for a 60 minute 1 x 1 session with one of our physiotherapists prior to your first class.

The class cost $20 is claimable via your private healthcare.
