Pregnancy Pilates Class
It is with great excitment that we announce the return of a dedicated Pregnancy Pilates class to Pulse. Although we encourage our clients to attend any class of their choice, every Friday at 12 pm , we hold a 60 minute Pilates mat/equipment class designed entirely for our pregnant clients.
This class is run by our experienced physiotherapist Meg Bergman and involves a combination of strengthening and flexibility training to ensure you remain fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy. We place a large emphasis on pelvic floor/lower tummy strengthening throughout the class, and provide clients with practical exercises to try when away from the studio. We understand the changes a body experiences throughout pregnancy and modify our Pilates exercises to suit your individual needs.
The class will include a combination of both Pilates equipment and matwork. This will ensure clients experience the full repertoire of exercises on offer during pregnancy, and achieve maximal results.
