To get started: $50 Pilates Initial
The Group Class Initial gives one-on-one time to new class members to assist in joining pilates classes without feeling lost or confused. It also ensures that each client practices pilates to the best of their ability, understanding all of the key principles and concepts. We recommend customers with any injury concerns or current conditions to have the full 1 hour Initial Pilates Assessment so we may complete a full biomechanical assessment.
All our classes are limited in numbers for optimal instruction. Booking for group classes in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Then perhaps you should consider designing your own class!
At Pulse, we have instructors ready to provide specialised Pilates classes for yourself, family and friends within our new and improved studio. Many Pulse clients already experience the benefits of exercising alongside their partners or friends. Not only is commitment to exercise often enhanced, but Pilates a great way to have fun, get fit and de stress with your closest friends and family.
We will strive to provide classes at a time which suits you.
Class numbers range from 3 - 10 and can be performed on either mat and/or equipment, depending upon your own individual requirements and studio availability.
