Exercise Physiologists are university qualified movement specialists trained to assess your current health and lifestyle patterns to determine a safe and effective exercise program for you to improve your health and wellbeing regardless of age, illness or physical fitness. At Pulse, our Exercise Physiologist offers:

- Pre and Post Natal Exercise
- Preventative Exercise Programmes
Can I claim on private health?
Exercise Physiology can be claimed through some private health funds. We recommend you contact your health care provider to see if you have Exercise Physiology as part of your extra services in your contract.
